1. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon verbal or written agreement via phone or WhatsApp. To ensure service reliability, cancellations must be communicated at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
2. Pricing & Payments
Standard quoted rates cover the vehicle and driver. However, Inter-state permits, Toll gates, and Parking fees are typically excluded unless specifically mentioned. These are to be paid at actual costs by the customer during the journey.
3. Vehicle Usage & Conduct
To maintain our premium fleet standards, smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited. Any interior or exterior damage caused by passengers will result in a repair fee based on actual service costs.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we pride ourselves on punctuality, Nice Tours & Travels is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen traffic, extreme weather, or mechanical breakdowns. In the event of a breakdown, we will prioritize providing a replacement vehicle immediately.
